Hello everyone; I am KingMiyo!I'm a 25+ year old Black artist living in AZ, USA. I've been a digital artist since 2009, mostly just trying my best to get by, support my family and my friends. I love dogs and food more than anything else in life and love to spend my time playing FFXIV, PKMN, MHW and Animal Crossing!This is designed to be a 1-stop-shop for all your KingMiyo needs!

Terms of Service
Before you are able to commission me, you MUST read and agree to my terms of service!
.:: Payment ::.
➡ I only accept payment via PayPal or Stripe.
⇀ Prices in USD. { We will use VGen! }➡ Payment must be made within a 24 hour time period unless stated otherwise.
⇀ { 48hrs if Waitlisted }➡ Payments will be made in 2 parts. A deposit to begin with and the rest once I reach the Coloring phase. This is non-negotiable.➡ No payment/confirmation within 24-48 hours will result in the termination of your commission form and slot.➡ If you cannot pay within 24 hours, we can discuss an arrangement. Should you break that arrangement, you will lose your commission slot.➡ This is for personal use only, if you wish to use it for commercial properties (Twitch, Vtuber, Youtube etc) then a Commercial Rights surcharge will be added.( Commercial Rights cost +50% of the Final Price. )
.:: Stipulations ::.
➡ I have the right to raise prices depending on character complexity. You will be informed prior to the invoice being sent if that is necessary.➡ I reserve the right to deny any commission if I feel uncomfortable/uncertain/or unqualified to draw it.➡ I DO NOT accept description-based commissions.
.:: WIPS and EDITS ::.
➡ WIPs ( Work in Progress ) will always be provided regardless of the commission.➡ Edits are constricted to the WIP stages. 3 edits are applicable for any commission free of charge. 1 Minor edit will only be applicable for finished products.➡ If more than 3 edits ( +1 minor edit ) are requested, you will be charged for every subsequent edit afterward.⇀Make sure you know what you want before buying!
.:: Work Stipulations ::.
➡ Due to physical aliments, I am unable to work for more than 3-5 hours a day.➡ Therefore, please allow me a maximum of three months to complete your commission.
⇀ If it extends beyond that, without public announcements or updates, feel free to confront me to work out something or get a refund.➡ I do not work in order of the public queue. I tend to jump around to keep myself motivated and interested.➡ I will never agree to a planned deadline that is before that 3 month limit. I do not do rush orders.
.:: Refund Policy ::.
➡ Any refund that is initiated by the Commissioner is entitled to partial repayment.➡ HOWEVER, If a Commissioner initiates a refund **after the two month period **stated, you are entitled to a full refund IF AND ONLY IF NO progress has been made on the commission.
⇀ ( Ex: If I have sketched your commission, shown you WIPs, lineart, etc you will receive partial payment. If I have done no work at all on it, you will get a full refund. )➡ Any refund that is initiated by the Artist is entitled to full repayment.
.:: Commercial Rights ::.
➡ Commercial Usage Rights are not included unless specified in the commission type or listing on the Artist’s websites (i.e. vtuber models, Illustrations, emotes, and so forth) or as agreed upon.➡ Commercial Rights: The usage of Work on streams or any monetized instances, or selling or reselling Work to another party, as a part of any product, or on another platform.➡ Additional charges will be required for commercial usage if not included, typically +50% of the original cost.➡ Usage of Work for AI (artificial intelligence) tools; platforms or programs, ML (machine learning) tools, platforms or programs; AI or ML training; NFT; blockchain; or other for-profit platforms/purposes, is strictly prohibited.
➡ Note: Businesses, agencies, groups and other organizations MUST contact the Artist to discuss arrangements in more detail. The above stipulations only apply to individual commercial use.
.:: INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS ::.
➡ I retain copyright, ownership, redistribution and intellectual property rights, which includes but is not limited to display, advertising, printing, the Work and work in progress on websites, social media, portfolios, public broadcast channels (i.e. Twitch) and more.
